The finca offers a spacious living and dining area with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a dining table for 6 people. A stone archway separates the two areas and, together with the whitewashed ceiling beams, gives the modern open-plan design a cosy feel and traditional charm. Facilities include satellite TV, CD and DVD players. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Several terraces and covered seating areas around the house provide different places to relax and enjoy your holiday. The entrance to the house is via a few steps leading to a partially covered terrace.

Outdoor area & pool
The spacious outdoor area offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together. The centrepiece is the 12 x 6 m pool with steps, surrounded by a large natural stone terrace with sun loungers and terrace furniture. Parasols provide shaded areas. A particular highlight is the separate pool house with covered seating area and outdoor kitchen. It is equipped with a built-in BBQ and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals outdoors. There is also an outdoor bathroom. The well-maintained garden with lemon and olive trees as well as palm trees, together with the various terraces, covered seating areas and balconies, provides plenty of space to relax.
