Finca Oliveres is a very well-maintained, single-level country finca near Muro, set on a small hill and surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. On a total plot of approx. 15,900 m², it offers peace, privacy and a stylish atmosphere. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the finca is ideal for a family with two children or two couples.
You stay in a quiet rural area near Muro while still enjoying good connections to northern Mallorca. The surroundings are characterised by nature, open views and typical Mallorcan landscapes. Particularly impressive are the sunsets over the Tramuntana mountains, which can be enjoyed both from the terrace and the pool area.
The finca is built on one level and tastefully furnished with solid, high-quality furniture. Upon entering, you arrive directly in the spacious living area. The living room with a comfortable sofa seating area and a fireplace is especially inviting for relaxing evenings during the cooler season. Adjacent to it are the dining area and the well-equipped kitchen with a cooking island. Living and dining areas can be separated by a sliding glass door. The house features air conditioning (hot/cold) as well as Wi-Fi. In addition, there is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.

The approx. 35 m² covered terrace is ideal for relaxing. It features a dining table for up to 6 people and a comfortable chill-out sofa. A built-in BBQ grill is available for shared barbecue evenings. For additional entertainment, there is a table tennis table.
