The finca is situated in the countryside near San Llorenç, in the heart of the Serra de Llevant. The village centre, with its shops, supermarket and restaurants, is approximately 8 km away. The nearest beaches and the sea are around 18 km away, while the golf course is just 14 km from the property. Access to the finca is via an approximately 200 m unpaved track.
The interiors combine rustic features with high-quality furnishings and equipment. The spacious living room has a sofa, two armchairs, a table and a fireplace. The separate dining room features a dining table with six chairs. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a DVD player and a radio/CD player are provided. The house has central heating. Electricity is supplied by solar panels and a generator, while hot water is produced using gas.

A portable BBQ is available for preparing meals outdoors. Parking is available at the property.
